A Day in Shanghai

On December 18, my PLU and ISEP classmates and I left to the airport at 4:30 am. It was sad to leave my friends and China. However, before we left China altogether, we still had an exit tour to attend. We arrived at our destination, Shanghai, at 10:10 am. In Shanghai we were allowed free time to just relax and explore as we saw fit. Until December 20, I admired the Bund (famous landscape across the water), relaxed in cafes, ate delicious food, and meandered around Shanghai. It was a wonderful way to end my time in China.

Thank you for your support and encouragement while I have been away in China. It has been great to relive some of my favorite memories while I write this blog. My memories have been invaluable and will continue to impact my life. I hope to continue studying in China sometime in the future. I’ll be in touch because my next adventure is around the bend. I am traveling around Europe this summer with my family! I’m super stoked.
