Another Day Trip to Gapyeong

It was time for another trip to Gapyeong to visit my favorite garden. I love visiting this area, because it differs during each season. I am determined to come during every season to see how it looks.

Since it is COVID time, the tourist bus that goes from all the famous spots in this area is not available during this time, so I ended up taking a taxi to the places.

My friend and I, of course, wanted to take some nice photos so we explored Petite France first. It was fairly hot this day, so we quickly browsed around and took some quick photos before heading to our next destination.

We finally arrived at the much anticipated, Garden of Morning Calm. Everything was so green and lush. The flowers were stunning and, like always, I enjoyed it immensely. It was nice to wander around and see the same places, but with different flowers and plants. I came across a bridge that had a bench under a huge hydrangea bush. It was stunningly beautiful. We were so lucky to have that area all to ourselves.

I was completely exhausted after the trip, but it was so worthwhile. We still had a three hour trip back to Yeoju. I promptly passed out on the subway and bus. I am excited to return to the garden again in a different season.
